Emphasizing the Breath as a way to activate the connection with the inner guidance and as a way to open the Heart and bring all the levels of the being to balance. Every pose and every breath is like an offering to the Higher Source and to all that is. Asanas as extensions of our breath. Applying the ”5 Pancha Kosha” structure of our being through the practice, Alessandra guides the students to connect to a deeper level of yoga that goes beyond the physical level. Connecting the physical, pranic, emotional, mental and ananda levels to come into union with ourselves through the practice of Yoga.

Alessandra’s classes are open to all levels and her classes wave together Hatha, kundalini, energy work and sound healing .

Hatha Sound Flow

Hatha Yoga meets Multi Vibrational Sound Healing. All levels and moods. Alessandra guides the students through a practice of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini excersises, breath techniques and voice to prepare the body to receive a sound healing savasana so that our body and mind will be in perfect balance.

Moving, holding and going in, into stillness of the mind using body, breath and sounds.

Sweet Bliss: Yoga Nidra, Crystal Magics & Aroma Therapy

A class for all levels and all senses. A powerful technique in which the student focus to relax consciously.

Yoga Nidra comes from the tantras with the purpose to guides the students into into a state of dynamic, deep, aware sleep. An experience of inducing complete physical mental and emotional relaxation. Students appear to be asleep but yet awake while the consciousness is functioning to a deeper level of awareness.The state of relaxation is reaching by going inwards, away from outer experiences.

Yoga Nidra is one aspect of Pratyahara: the state where the mind and mental awareness are dissociated from the sensory channels that leads to higher state of concentration and Samadhi. Crystal magic sounds and vibrations will guide our senses within while organic essential oils or copal will soothe us into a deep state of relaxation of body, mind and spirit. A treat for all senses.

Gentle and Deep (gentle flow and deep vibrations)

Slow vinyasa flow. All levels. The class will engage in a gentle , slow flow but yet engaging in the full practice of Hatha Yoga. Gong vibrations will sooth the student into a final total surrender into relaxation and letting go during a restorative savasana Gong Bath. Full Moon Flow chandra namaskar, copal cleanse and ….. Master class “Heart Flow : the essence of Hatha Yoga & Sound Healing”

Hatha Yoga meets Multi Vibrational Sound Healing. All levels and moods

During this master class of 2 hours, Alessandra guides the students through a practice of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini exercises, breath techniques and voice to prepare the body to receive a 30 minutes long sound healing savasana so that our body and mind will be in perfect balance for the final meditation. As your body will hold poses and flow through vinyasa kryas creating movements, the breath is the tool to maintain as well a state of stillness of the mind. Finding that balance between movement and stillness. Sometimes Sounds are used during the Hatha practice around and on the body of some students .
